Brian Waldo, owner of Optimal Health & Performance, LLC, has made it his life's mission to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. With superior service, education and products and over 20 year's experience, Brian can tailor a program to meet your specific needs and partner with you to reach your goals.

In addition to serving his personal training clients, Brian is also an Adjunct Professor at Dakota County Technical College.

Background: I have been involved with a wide variety of exercise types and strategies. Such as Weight Loss, powerlifting, endurance training, bodybuilding, weight gain, injury rehab, and muscle activation. With a passion for fitness and bettering yourself in every way possible, in or outside the gym, I have made it my goal to help change people's lives in whatever way I can.

Training: Before working at OHP/TFW I worked for LA Fitness in the St. Paul location as a Personal Training Director. When I started working at LA Fitness, I was a personal training counselor, after only 2 months I was promoted to Personal Training Assistant Director, where I worked under the manager of the gym, managing our personal training team.

Angela Willard

Angela came to yoga for recovery from a car accident in 2006, but it wasn't until a series of painful losses that she truly began to connect to the practice. After realizing the immediate and long-lasting benefits, she hoped to spread the joy of finding relief from chronic physical and mental pain by becoming a yoga teacher herself.

Trained by Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, Angela is Yoga Alliance certified as of 2014. Angela holds a BA in Spanish & English Studies, and also works as a preschool Spanish/yoga teacher and a writer/editor. When not working, she enjoys seeing the world (she's lived in 4 different countries and 4 states), painting, writing, and practicing the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

Theresa has been and independent contractor teaching Yoga since early 2013. Theresa brings an encouraging and energizing quality to her practice. Theresa is an instructor at OHP and enjoys attending other classes herself to continue to grow her experiences. Theresa is also a teacher of English/Language Arts and Reading. Theresa has enjoyed introducing many new students to Yoga at OHP. She also looks forward to helping others grow their practice of yoga and the many benefits it delivers!

Crystal Zins

Crystal holds a B.A. in Marketing Management and Innovation from Concordia College, St. Paul. After being a passenger of the corporate train for over 15 years, Crystal decided to jump the track and abandon her suit and heels for yoga pants and piece of mind. Crystal is a perpetual student of the eight limbed path of yoga and believes that living her yoga has changed her life in such a way she cannot help but to share her knowledge and teachings with others.

Crystal is a certified RYT 200 with Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness under Tanya Boigenzahn and firmly believes anyone (yes, anyone) can benefit from practicing yoga. She enjoys sharing her knowledge, life experiences and helping others achieve their unique goals.

Crystal cherishes time spent with her family and friends and is particularly fond of a variety of activities such as basketball, Krav Maga, competing in triathlons, swinging kettle bells, reading, traveling and caring for her three animated Italian Greyhounds.

Emily Stevenson

Emily has enjoyed teaching Pilates,Yoga, and group fitness classes for the past 11 years. Her certifications include; Pilates Mat and Reformer (Stott Pilates), Group Exercise (ACE), Fitness Yoga (YogaFit), and BLS (American Heart Association).

Emily has a master's degree in Psychotherapy and works as a mental health counselor and Psychology instructor. She believes that a healthy mind must accompany a healthy body and strives to extend her passions to help people achieve optimal psychological and physical health."
