Angela came to yoga for recovery from a car accident in 2006, but it wasn't until a series of painful losses that she truly began to connect to the practice. Trained by Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, Angela is Yoga Alliance certified as of 2014. Angela holds a BA in Spanish & English Studies, and also works as a preschool Spanish/yoga teacher and a writer/editor. When not working, she enjoys seeing the world (she's lived in 4 different countries and 4 states), painting, writing, and practicing the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
